About the OBR Grant Program
The Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii is reviewing applications to determine eligibility and award amounts. Grants will be awarded to qualifying small businesses as long as funds are available. If a business owner has questions about their application status, please log into the Submittal account created when submitting the application.
Financial Support
The OBR program will distribute a total of $10M in grant funds to an estimated 600 Oahu-based small businesses

Apply for $15-50k
Grant size will range from $15,000 to $50,000 depending on a business’ gross revenue in 2019.
Rolling Applications
Grant funds will be paid out in the order applications are received and approved as eligible for payment until all grant funds are exhausted.
The Oahu Business Recovery Grant Program is being supported, in whole or in part, by the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Relief Fund, federal award identification number SLFRP2643 and/or SLFRP2789 and awarded to the City and County of Honolulu by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
